Terms and conditions for the exercise of the right of withdrawal You can exercise the right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the product so that it is considered timely, you just have to inform us first via email at info@sweetdreamsgifts.gr

By returning the products you can choose other products or refund your money.

Products that have been created exclusively for the customer (e.g. with a specific name) are not accepted.

*Return costs:*

The return costs are charged by the company in case of our own error or defective product after prior communication via email. In all other cases the costs are borne by the customer.
